The Coaching Session

The average duration of a coaching session is an hour and a half. It is recommended to have one session a week. Statistically we can expect the first results after 3 months of regular coaching. Change is a process and it takes time to manifest. This is the reason I do not offer one or two coaching sessions but rather would offer you a package of sessions. It is only through long term relationship that permanent change takes place. Coaching is a partnership – powerful and based on trust and understanding.
